How long does the engraving process take?
Standard production time for custom engraving is 3 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 7 business days. We also offer expedited processing for urgent award ceremonies.
Can I use my own logo or artwork for an award?
Yes, we can engrave custom logos. Please upload a high-resolution vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-quality PNG/JPG during the checkout process to ensure the best results.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because personalized items are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error made by our engraving team.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders?
Absolutely. We provide tiered pricing for large orders of trophies, plaques, and corporate gifts. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on quantities over 25 units.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items like glass and crystal. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Can I see a proof before the final engraving?
Digital proofs are available upon request for a small fee, or automatically included for orders over $150. This ensures all spelling and layouts are correct before we begin the permanent engraving process.
