At Engraving, Awards & Gifts, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally limited to items with manufacturing defects or engraving errors. Please review your order details carefully before submission to ensure complete satisfaction with your bespoke awards.
Inspection and Reporting
Examine your order immediately upon arrival and report any damage, defects, or engraving discrepancies to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original packaging to prevent further damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Resolution and Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a replacement production or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
