• This service award plaque features a 15" chrome plated firefighter axe with an American Hickory handle, and your choice of finish color. Handle color options are Flamed (darkness varies), Natural, Red, or Black. The handle can be engraved with text and the axe head traditionally features the department's patch or logo. Engraving on the black aluminum plate is included and the plaque can be further customized with a wide selection of engraving services, castings, resins, service discs, patches, badges, or nearly anything else you would like to see. This plaque includes wall mounting hooks on the back that allow for either a horizontal or vertical plaque layout.

The axe head itself has a soft edge for display purposes and is not intended to be a working axe.
